North Yorkshire Police arrested a man in connection with a suspicious fire at Carlton Towers, Carlton, in the Goole area.
The incident occurred at some time between 10.20pm and midnight on Saturday 23 July 2011.
A large wooden hunting shed which contained tables and chairs was destroyed in flames.
Following police enquires, a 23-year-old local man was arrested in connection with the blaze. Following questioning in custody, he was released on conditional police bail to allow for further investigation.
PC James Cobbold, of the Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "Setting out to deliberately destroy buildings and property is disgraceful behaviour.
"This particular case appears to be suspicious and is now subject to an investigation that will examine the full circumstances surrounding the blaze.
"I urged anyone with information that could assist the police to get in touch without delay."
