Fatal collision near Eggborough

Police are investigating a fatal collision on the A645 in the Eggborough area.

At around 12.50pm on Wednesday 27 July 2011, a tractor and motorcycle collided near to the Kellington turn-off.

Sadly, the motorcycle rider, a 37-year-old man from Goole, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

The driver of the tractor, a 27-year-old man, also from Goole, was arrested in connection with the collision.
