Arrests following A19 fatal collision

Police investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the A19 near Selby have arrested two people in connection with the incident.

It occurred at 8.15pm on Monday 13 August 2012, between Chapel Haddlesey and Burn.

A woman aged 24 and a man aged 27, who are both from Burn were arrested on Tuesday 21 August 2012.

They have both been interviewed and released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.

Police are continuing the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
