Serious collision on A168 near Topcliffe

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious collision on the A168 near Topcliffe

The collision was reported at 10.20am this morning (20 September 2012) and involves two vehicles.

It occurred on the north-bound carriageway, which is currently closed at the junction with the A1 at Dishforth.

One lane of the south-bound carriageway is also closed to allow the air ambulance to land.
