More arrests in York robbery investigation

Police investigating a robbery outside HSBC Bank in Acomb on Thursday 11 October 2012 have made two further arrests in connection with the incident.

Update 4.35pm Monday 15 October 2012:

Officers arrested a 23-year-old man from Merseyside last night (14 October 2012) and a 26-year-old man from York was arrested this afternoon.

Both men remain in police custody for questioning.

Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and detectives are appealing to anyone with information that hasn't yet come forward to get in touch on 101 - select option 2 - and ask for York CID.
