Catterick police are investigating after a local girl was assaulted in Colburn.
The victim, aged 17, was walking her Labrador dog through Colburn Business Park at around 7pm on Sunday 14 October 2012 when she was approached by two men.
They verbally abused her before one of the men punched her in the face.
The victim suffered a cut lip in the attack but she did not require hospital treatment.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them with information.
The men were both aged between 17 and 19-years-old and spoke with Merseyside accents.
One of the men white, fat and had short, dark spiky hair. He was wearing a short sleeved, dark-coloured top and light coloured jeans.
The other man was also white and had a slim build. He was wearing a brown woolly jumper, dark jeans and a black beanie hat.
