I have written the dissertation of my Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative and European Private Law at the University of Edinburgh about "The Law of Finding Lost Movable Property in England, Germany and Scotland". It is now likely going to be published in one of the next issues of the European Property Law Journal.
