FOI 0155-2023/24 - Vexatious Litigation Stalking Protection Orders

Request: 

Q1. I would like to find out how many police applications to court were made for SPOs based on vexatious legal applications between January 2020 and the present date. If possible, I would like the data to be broken down by year and gender of the person who requested them, as well as location and age group. 

Q2. If costs to comply with the above request are not exceeded, I would also like to find out the total amount of police applications to courts for SPOs made in the timeframe specified above.

Q1. North Yorkshire Police have had zero Stalking Protection Orders  (SPO) based on ‘vexatious litigation’.
