I would like to ask about Stalking Protection Orders (SPO). Since they were first introduced in 2020:

Q1. How many SPOs your force has secured

Q2. How many SPOs were made where the victim was a) male b) female

Separately I would like to ask

Q3. How many interim or full SPOs have been made where the perpetrator is under the age of 18.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

Decision

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.

Q1. None, however there have been two secured via other forces to protect North Yorkshire Police victims and there have been two transferred to North Yorkshire Police, for North Yorkshire Police to manage.

Q2. All female
