Q1. The number of crimes recorded in the Home Office Counting Rules (if the offence was still applicable) recorded as the principal crime of:-
(a) section 71 of the Coroners Act 2009;
(b) section 4 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants etc) Act 2004;
(c) sections 57 - 59 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003;
(d)section 1 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
(e)section 2 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
(f) Conspiracy to Traffick
(g) An offence which is not under (a) - (g) but has been flagged as an offence relating to modern slavery.
Q2. Of the crimes recorded in (1) (a) - (g) please confirm for each of the crimes (if still applicable) what were the outcomes of these cases, namely what were:
(a) number where no further action was taken;
(b)the number where an offender was referred to the CPS for charging;
(c)the number where an offender was charged with the relevant offence;
(d)the number where an offender was (i) prosecuted for the offence and of these (ii) the number who were successfully convicted of the offence.
