The total number of incident logs divided by their grading (e.g. 1 – immediate/2 – priority/3 – extended/4 – referred, or equivalent) on each control room terminal at the beginning of the 0700 morning shift on the following dates:

Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is not held by North Yorkshire Police.

We cannot present any findings accurately enough as there are multiple issues with the request. For example, if somebody operating in the FCR, picks up a call before the 07:00 shift starts (if this is the time we operate on) would this instance count, as technically it began before the 07:00, but existed as the 07:00 shift began?

Also, in terms of how we operate in FCR, the request somewhat implies that people begin their shift with a list of tasks and calls assigned to them, which isn’t the case.

I am unable to suggest how you might refine your request in order to retrieve the information sought.
