Due to the changes in recording misconduct matters during the timeframe of your request I have provided misconduct meetings from June 2020 to present and part 2, Misconduct hearings from January 2017 to present. This is to avoid an excess cost exemption. All gross misconduct hearings were advertised on NYP's website prior to the hearing and in compliance with legislative requirements
