Clarification Received 21122023
Before you respond, I just wanted to provide some clarification so it is clearer what I want.

For Q 1-3, can you use: 099/90, 038/01, 038/02, 084/13, & Section 11 of the Fraud Act 2006.

For Q 4-8, can you use: 038/02, 038/03, 053/43, 053/44, 068/01, 084/09, 084/10, 084/12, 084/13, 098/76, 098,77, 099/90, 038/01, 038/02.

For the keyword searches if you use them, 'set-top box', 'top box piracy', 'Kodi', 'IPTV', 'firestick', 'dodgy box' & 'internet TV media box' can be used for all questions if it helps. Then 'intellectual property', and the other broadcasters / organisations can be searched as separate key phrases individually for all of the questions. Then 'sports streaming', 'sports piracy', 'illegal streaming', 'football streaming' etc, can be used to help find information for all of the questions too. Any other very similar terms you can use in a keyword search too.

I am interested in data regarding the illegal streaming of sports in the UK. 
 
For your police force, I would like to know: 
 
1. How many people were cautioned for viewing illegal streams in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
 
2. How many people were given penalty notices for viewing illegal streams in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
  
3. How many people were arrested for viewing illegal streams in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
 
4. How many people were cautioned for distributing / supplying illegal streaming services in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
 
5. How many people were given penalty notices for distributing / supplying illegal streaming services in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
 
6. How many people were arrested for distributing / supplying illegal streaming services in the years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023? 
 
7. For questions 4, 5 & 6, how many people were supplying illegal streams digitally? 
 
8. For questions 4, 5, & 6, how many people were supplying illegal streams through 'dodgy boxes' / 'firesticks'? 
 
I would like to receive this information in excel format, with the data split up into the years I requested.  

As stated, I am mostly concerned with those given cautions, penalty notices, & arrested for viewing / supplying sports streams, so if you can distinguish this in the data you provide me compared to other illegal streaming, that would be great.

This returned no relevant results.
