On 28/05/2023 at 18:02 on A64 Whitewell Hill  at or near York, a speed camera device was used to capture the speed of the vehicles,

Q1. Between 18:01:00 and 18:03:59 how many vehicles were recorded to be travelling above 70 mph, please provide the speed of each vehicle recorded during this time window.
Q2. Please provide the calibration certificate of this speed camera device and any attachments to this device i.e. flash system
Q3.  Please provide training record of the officer operating this speed equipment on 28/05/2023 at 18:00

We are unable to provide the individual speeds of the vehicles noted.

Q2 & Q3. This information is provided should the matter be taken to court and is not suitable for release under FOI where it relates to an ongoing investigation.
