REQUEST 1:

1. Details for the last 5 years of any road traffic collisions on the A19 between York and Selby.
2. Details of any road traffic collisions on the Stillingfleet Road between the A19 and B1222 in the last 5 years.
3. Details of any road traffic collisions on the B1222 between Fulford Road, York and the A162 at Sherburn in Elmet in the last 5 years.

In doing so, please advise how many accidents were categorised as:

a. Slight
b. Serious
c. Fatal

REQUEST 2:
Please provide any documentation, including any formal response, relating to Selby District Council's consultation on the local plan in relation to the sites at:

1. Stillingfleet
2. Burn
3. Church Fenton

In relation to part two of your request, we have not had any consultation with Selby district council in relation to the local plan at the sites mentioned. If this is in relation to a housing development then we wouldn’t normally be involved until a design was produced and a Road Safety Audit required for the highways aspects.
