Q1. The number of community resolutions administered to dispose of allegations of sexual offences.
Please note that I am aware that the number of community resolutions administered per year only started being recorded following the amendments to the crime outcomes framework in April 2013, so the first published figures will be in March 2014.
Q2. If the data is held, please provide a breakdown of the figures given in response to question 1 by categories of sexual offences. For example, whether those allegations related:
- Rape
- Assault by penetration
- Sexual assault
- Sexual activity with a child
- Child sexual abuse (such as the offences under ss.10-15A and 17-19 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003)
- Sexual exploitation of a child
- Exposure
- Voyeurism
