Q1. Within the period of 30 April – 30 May 2022, how many football-related incidents were recorded by your constabulary? To arrive at the data, for this first part of your request, searches of North Yorkshire Police Systems by use of the keyword “football” have been conducted and the results filtered to remove incidents other than those sought (as clarified by you to include only organised football events where police have been called there as a result of individuals preparing to watch, watching or having watched a football match).
Between 30th April and 30th May 2022 there were three such occurrences recorded by North Yorkshire Police.

To arrive at the data, for this second part of your request, searches of North Yorkshire Police Systems have been conducted to locate any disposals for persons under under Schedule One of the Football Spectators Act 1989 which incorporates -

Admit / permit spectator to be admitted or remain at a designated football match when no licence in force
and
(Home Office Crime Code 125/03)
Contravene a licence to admit spectators
Between 30th April and 30th May 2022 there were no such occurrences recorded by North Yorkshire Police.
