Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that some the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

Decision

I have today decided to disclose some of the located information to you.

Q1) How many serious crimes did the NY police convict as in drug supplying and human trafficking  in 2021? and how many petty crimes did police convict as in against under 25s drunk and disorderly and cautions?

Between 01/01/2021 and 31/12/2021 North Yorkshire Police charged 15 individuals with drugs trafficking offences, in the same period there were no charges brought in relation to human trafficking.

Between 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021 a total of 22 individuals under the age of 25 years were charged with being “drunk and disorderly” by North Yorkshire Police. 6 persons received cautions from North Yorkshire Police, in the same period, for being “drunk and disorderly”.

Q2) Did you meet your targets?

North Yorkshire Police do not have targets relevant to crimes and outcomes therefore we have no information to disclose in relation to this part of your request.
