Q1. The categories of 999 calls used by the police force in 2012 (i.e. to prioritise 999 calls), and the descriptors of each category
Q2. The average response time to 999 calls for each category in calendar year 2012
Q3. The categories of 999 calls used by the police force in 2015, and the descriptors of each category
Q4. The average response time to 999 calls for each category in calendar year 2015
Q5. The categories of 999 calls used by the police force in 2019, and the descriptors of each category
Q6. The average response time to 999 calls for each category in calendar year 2019
Q7. The categories of 999 calls used by the police force in 2021, and the descriptors of each category
Q8. The average response time to 999 calls for each category in calendar year 2021
Q9. The categories of 999 calls used by the police force in 2022, and the descriptors of each category

I have therefore decided to exempt providing you with a response pursuant to Section 21 Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act).
Section 17 of the Act requires North Yorkshire Police, when refusing to provide such information (because the information is exempt) to provide you the applicant with a notice which: (a) states that fact, (b) specifies the exemption in question and (c) states (if that would not otherwise be apparent) why the exemption applies.
Section 21 – Information Reasonably Accessible by Other Means
Section 21 is an absolute class based exemption and I am not required to consider the harm or public interest when applying this exemption.
