Request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to please request some information relating to the policing of music festivals under your policing authority.

 

1. I would like to request the data for the following festival(s) within your authority:

• MiNT Festival 

2. I would like to request the total number of police personnel deployed to the festival(s) in part 1 in 2019. 

3. I would like to request the total number of arrests made at the festival(s) in part 1. 

4. If easily available, I would like to request the nature of the offense for the arrests provided in part 3.

North Yorkshire Police did not deploy any staff specifically for this event. Any attendance at this event by North Yorkshire Police was in response to specific calls for service.

I would like to request the total number of arrests made at the festival(s) in part 1.

1 person was arrested at this festival.

If easily available, I would like to request the nature of the offense for the arrests provided in part 3.

The one arrest recorded was on suspicion of drugs supply offences.
