Q5. North Yorkshire Police introduced Say and stay interview process in late 2023 to help staff/officers who are thinking of leaving a chance to voice their issues/concerns surrounding that matter. Thus in turn helps with raising workplace confidence, satisfaction and assist with retention. Since implemented, several officers have stayed as a result of the new process.
