It was alleged that PC 1593 James Spencer’s behaviour amounted to Gross Misconduct, in that he behaved in a manner that amounted to the breach of the standards of professional behaviour relating to: -

Chief Constable Forber determined that PC 1593 James Spencer actions amounted to Gross Misconduct and were so serious that PC 1593 James Spencer was dismissed without notice, and he will be placed on the College of Policing Barred list.
