North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that took place on Skipton Road in Harrogate.

It happened near to Grove Road Primary School, between 10.20am to 10.30am on Wednesday 21 July 2021 and involved a woman in an electric wheelchair assaulting a three-year-old girl who was being pushed in a buggy.

The assault took place after the mother of the child was stopped by the suspect to speak to her.
