Appeal following theft of building materials in Scarborough

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of building materials that occurred in Scarborough.

It happened on Holbeck Hill between mid October and early November 2017 and involved a very expensive high pressure underground waste water sewage pipe being stolen from a building site. The pipe is black in colour, has very thick walls and is 90mm in diameter. Two tonnes of hardwood logs was also taken.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
