Aiskew burglary appeal

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a burglary that happened on Bedale Road, Aiskew.

At around 11am on the morning of Thursday 29 December 2016, two men broke into a property on Bedale Road, Aiskew, but were disturbed by the owner of the house before running off empty-handed. In particular, officers are appealing for information about a Black “sports-type” car that was seen in the area at the time.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw a black car in the area that left around 11am, is asked to contact the police along with anyone who has any other information that could ion that could assist the investigation.
