Motorist sentenced for death by careless driving after a fatal road collision in Northallerton

On Thursday 09 March 2023, Anne Marie Stevens, 34, was driving a Citroen C2 in Northallerton. The incident occurred on Greenhowskye Lane just after the mini roundabout. Mr Stephen Young, who was 68 at the time of the incident, crossed the lane on his mobility scooter.
