North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision with a cyclist.
The incident happened around 9pm on Friday 29 October 2021 on the A6136 Leeming Lane near Catterick village. A cyclist collided with a man who was walking his dog on the pavement running along this road.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition. The cyclist stopped at the scene but did not leave any details.
We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and in particular we are appealing for information about the cyclist.
