North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information about an incident in the Water Lane area of York on Sunday 10 October 2021.
The incident happened at about 7.15pm, and involved a man exposing himself, urinating in the street, then riding off on a cycle. He is described as a white male, of average build and wearing a dark grey jacket.
We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. In particular, we are appealing to anyone that may have seen the man and may be able to identify him to get in touch.
