Appeal for information following farm burglary in Selby

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a farm burglary that occurred in Selby.
Thieves broke into the outbuildings of a farm in North Duffield at some point overnight between the Sunday 9 and Monday 10 January 2022. Numerous power tools and machinery the owners rely for work were stolen along with a large amount of red diesel.
We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. In particular, we are appealing for information relating to this matter and if anyone witnessed any suspicious activity in the area overnight.
