North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about anti-Semitic graffiti in Skipton.
The graffiti is on trees and rocks on a footpath in a woodland area between Petyt Grove, The Ginnel and Lambert Street.
It happened between 5.45pm and 6.15pm on Thursday 6 July 2023, and involved four school children, approximately 14 to 15 years old.
They were wearing school uniforms and one was carrying a spray-painting can. They left towards Petyt Grove from the Lambert Street direction.
Officers are requesting the public’s assistance, if you witnessed the incident or have CCTV footage of the suspects near the wooded area.
