North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a white long wheel-based Mercedes-Benz campervan that was stolen from Chapel Haddlesey, Selby.
It happened overnight between Wednesday 21 February and Thursday 22 February 2024 when the vehicle was stolen from the owner’s driveway in the village.
The campervan is described as having two black grills in the bonnet with a black bumper running all the way around the van along the bottom.
It also has two skylights fitted on the roof, one towards the front of the van and the other towards the rear, with a black and silver solar panel fitted on the roof between the skylights.
It is also described as having a dent on the nearside back door above the window, and there was also some rust on the rear arch on the rear offside wheel arch.
The campervan was displaying the registration YF15 AVG at the time it was stolen however the plates may have been changed since then.
Officers are appealing for anyone who has any information to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.
In particular, they would like to speak to anyone who was travelling along the A19 towards the M62 around between 1am and 1.30am on the Thursday or anyone who has any CCTV or dash-cam footage that may have captured something.
