Appeal for information following indecent exposure in York

Officers are appealing for information following a concerning incident in York.

The offence occurred at around 6.30pm on Friday, 2 February in Nunnery Lane Car Park.

A woman, who was alone at the time of the incident, was in her car when a man exposed his genitals to her.

The man, who was in the company of another man, was stood near a white van when he exposed himself.

The suspect is described as a white man, around 5ft 10ins tall, with blonde hair. He was wearing a hoodie up over his face, tracksuit bottoms and trainers. The victim was also able to provide a detailed description of the other man who was present at the time of the offence.

This incident has left the victim extremely shaken and was worried about leaving her car after it occurred.
