North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a high-value diesel theft that occurred on the A64 near York.
Thieves stole diesel - worth more than £1,000 - from three separate lorries in a layby on the A64 eastbound carriageway, next to York Racecourse, between 9pm on 25 February 2024 and 5.45am the following day.
Police are appealing for any witnesses, or in particular, any dashcam footage recorded in the area between those times.
