North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information in relation to an assault that occurred on Gowthorpe in the town centre.
It happened between 10.45pm and midnight on Friday 16 February 2024. The victim, a man in his 20s, was assaulted. Following the incident he was admitted to hospital.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, between 5'11" and 6'0" in height with dark hair. He was wearing a white shirt. There were several other men who were in company with the suspect who also witnessed the incident.
