Earlier today we arrested three teenagers in connection with a robbery in Skipton.
It followed a report that an 18-year-old man had been assaulted on Harewood Road near the town’s Aireville Park sometime between 12.20pm and 1pm yesterday (Wednesday 7 March).
During the attack it is believed that the man was forced to transfer a large amount of money from his online banking to an unknown account using his mobile phone.
Two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy from Keighley have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
We’d like to speak to anyone who has any information or doorbell camera footage that could assist our investigation.
In particular, we’d like to speak to the dog walker who we understand was in the area at the time and may have seen something.
