We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a man sustained serious injuries as a result of a collision near Skipton.
At around 11.44am on Monday 25 March, a black Range Rover that was travelling along the A59 towards Broughton, pulled over to the side of the road just past the entrance to Broughton Hall.
A short time later, the Range Rover was struck by a white, MAN truck travelling in the same direction.
The driver of the Range Rover sustained serious injuries as a result and was taken to hospital where he currently remains.
We are appealing to anyone who either witnessed the collision or saw either of the vehicles prior to the incident to get in touch along with anyone who has dashcam footage of the collision or the vehicles travelling along the A59.
Anyone who can assist the investigation is asked to email [email protected] or call 101 and pass information for PC Peter Keenen.
