Three men have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after a serious assault at Thirsk Racecourse.
At least four people were assaulted during the incident, which involved a number of parties.
One of the victims was taken to hospital with a fractured eye socket. He has since been discharged.
It happened at around 6.45pm on Saturday 18 May and a full investigation is under way.
Three men, aged between 19 and 21, have been arrested on suspicion of GBH and released under investigation while enquiries continue.
As part of their investigation, detectives are urging anyone with information who has not yet spoken to us to get in touch.
We’re particularly appealing for any video footage that may have captured the incident.
