Appeal after man seen performing a sex act on himself

We’re appealing for information after a man was seen performing a sexual act on himself in public.

It happened on Clifton Backies in York between 2pm and 3pm on 16 July.

The man was then seen running further into Clifton Backies near the entrance by Woodland Chase.

The man is described as white, of skinny build and around 5ft 9in and was wearing a black hooded top, white tracksuit trousers, black trainers and a black backpack.
