We've released CCTV stills of two men we want to speak to after a violent incident in York city centre.
It happened at 2.20am on 28 July 2024, on Piccadilly, and involved four men in a taxi. The taxi driver was assaulted and damage caused to the inside of the vehicle.
We’re particularly appealing for information about two men pictured on CCTV, as they may have important information that could assist our investigation.
Please email [email protected] if you recognise them, or can assist our investigation.
Alternatively, you can call North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for PC 1637 Smith, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.
