Acomb, York: Fraud investigation CCTV appeal

We’ve issued this CCTV still of a man we need to speak to in connection with a fraud investigation at Acomb, York.

 

 

It happened at 12.45pm on 20 September 2024 on York Road and involved a vulnerable victim being targeted by a suspected bogus caller asking for £500 for work that had not been carried out.

The victim was duped into going with the suspect to withdraw cash from the bank.
