Man arrested after Northallerton assault

We’re appealing for information following a serious assault that occurred in Northallerton.

It happened at about midnight, between Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September 2024, in Zoo Bar, Northallerton, and involved a woman being struck on the side of the head, potentially with a glass.

Her injuries required hospital treatment.

Following the extensive police investigation to date, a 19-year-old male has been arrested and is currently on police bail.
