We’re appealing for information after the cycle was stolen during a burglary on Harcourt Street in York.
It happened at around 9.30pm on 30 October when the suspect forced entry to the victim’s garage and stole the cycle from inside.
We believe the suspect was disturbed by another person before leaving the area.
We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed any of the incident or seen anyone matching the description of the offender who is described as male, approximately 6ft tall, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, and dark trousers. It is believed he was on his own at the time of the offence.
We would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen the cycle, has been offered it for sale, or knows where it is now.
At the time of the theft, the bike had a gold bell on the handlebars.
Please email [email protected] if you have any information that could help our investigation.
