York: Appeal after power tools were taken in vehicle break-in

We’re appealing for information about an incident in which a car was broken into and power tools were stolen in York.
It happened overnight between Sunday and Monday (23-24 March 2025) in the car park of Hedley House Hotel on Bootham Terrace.
The rear window of an Audi A4 was smashed, and Makita power tools were taken from within.
