On his 28th Birthday, Joe Keane was killed by a driver who was under the influence of alcohol.
Terry Keane, Joe’s dad, has agreed to tell us of his tragic experience in the hope people will think twice before getting behind the wheel after consuming alcohol or drugs.
The driver whose truck crashed into the car Joe was a passenger in, was sentenced to 9 years in prison in December 2019.
