Suspect shoplifter arrested in Skipton

Police were contacted at 10.30am this morning (Friday 14 October 2022) in relation to a suspected shoplifter in Skipton.
Officers attended a store on Coach Street. On arrival, a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft and robbery.
The man was transported to a local police station and will be interviewed in due course.
