We are appealing for witnesses and information about a criminal damage caused to equipment and machinery secured in a park in Easingwold.
A group of youths entered Memorial Park recreation ground and damaged a digger parked on site where some improvement work has been taking place.
Easingwold Town Council who are funding the work in the park said: ''All the work is designed to improve the area for our residents to make the park nicer and a more pleasant place for all who visit to rest and socialise in.”
It happened on 25 February and enquiries are ongoing. The incident was seen by witnesses who came forward. We’re appealing for information to help us identify the suspects.
