Just before 7am on Sunday 21 April we received an online crime report, detailing the theft of two motorcycles from a property in Swainby, near Stokesley.
Acting on the information received, officers from our Roads Policing Group attended a location in the Cleveland area, and within an hour of the report, found the stolen bikes. They have since been returned to their rightful owners.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible for the theft.
Crime can be reported to the police via our website or the PoliceUK mobile app. Reports will be dealt with in the same way as if you had phoned 101. Remember, always dial 999 in an emergency.
