Request for witnesses following assault in Malton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred in Malton.

It happened in Railway Street Malton around 1.30am on Sunday 28 February and involved two men. A 20 year old man was assaulted receiving injury to his eye, by an unidentified man

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the identity of the males involved and details of any witnesses to the assault.
