Window smashed on car in Scarborough

Police in Scarborough are appealing for witnesses and information about an incident of criminal damage to a car.

Between 10pm on 1 August and 7.30am on 2 August 2017, a silver VW Golf was damaged in the alleyway to the rear of Columbus Ravine wherein the rear nearside windows were smashed.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information which may lead to the identification of any suspect relating to this incident.
