Further to the Trade Union [Facility Time Publication Requirements] Regulations 2017, the Chief Constable for North Yorkshire is publishing data for the reporting period, financial year 2022-2023.
In preparing the reporting period data, the Chief Constable for North Yorkshire has worked with the locally recognised union – UNISON. In addition, nationally produced advice and guidance from both Government, UNISON and that available as open-source material, has been utilised to help produce reporting data and comply with the above regulations.
It should be noted that the data only refers to non-warranted police staff and excludes police officers of all ranks, special constables and volunteers.
